A Long Time

It has been a very long time since I have posted on the blog, a whole semester. It was just something I never really had time to do. I don't guess it matters since I don't think that anyone actually reads it.

It has been a much more difficult semester then I had expected. I am really glad that I got all the planning done before school started or I wouldn't have survived. I had the most students that I have had in a long time. We had 28 in block. We also got the education majors club started. We have a lot more to do to get that really going. I was asked to write a chapter for a book on Team-based learning and I just got that finished and ready to send in.

The thing that of course made this semester so hard was losing my friend Mary Charlotte. In October she started getting weaker. She got sick the first of November. She went to be with Jesus on December 5. It is so hard to think about not having her here. It made Christmas much harder. Papa Ball spent Christmas eve with us as usual. i am glad that he did. This was probably the last Christmas we will have as the Milligan family of 4 since Meredith will be married this summer.

I have continued to memorize my bible verses. Next year Beth Moore is going to do the memory verse team again. I am excited to do it again. So to close out my year I am going to simply list the references of the verses from September forward - and next year I want to get back on track with posting.
